The Plots

The average size of the plots is 300 sq m.
One of the four house designs has been designated for each plot and carefully chosen to complement the Street Scene. The individual house types have been approved under a reserved matters planning approval reference 16/02504/ADP. The house types on specific plots cannot be changed. The elevations cannot be changed but purchasers will be able to amend the interior layouts subject to planning if required. These are self build plots and can only be sold individually.

Management Company

Each Purchaser will be required to contribute to the management company set up to manage the open space, amenity land and the surface water balancing ponds. The cost is currently £196.42 per annum.

Network Rail

Network Rail has served notice on Bloor Homes to acquire rights or to purchase some land in connection with work to reopen the East West Rail Line. The land required potentially affects the entrance to the site and the driveway for plots 114, 115 and 116. Bloor will negotiate with Network Rail to ensure the plots can be sold free from any rights.

Method of Reservation

A 10% deposit will be required with completion money payable when all twenty plots have been reserved
