PLANNING REFUSAL ON THE REAR LAND

Application 16/03802/APP for the erection of 6 Houses was refused by Aylesbury Vale district Council and subsequently refused on appeal.

The application was on the former carpark which has canal frontage. The refusal was on a number of counts.
Despite the refusal the Agent considers there could in the future be scope for a further application for a well designed development on at lease part of this interesting site.

CONTRACT PROVISIONS

The sale documentation will include an uplift clause under which 50% of the increase in the land rear value created by the permission for the development of the rear land will be payable to the current vendors.
