Spacious entrance hall. The Main Church has stained glass windows and is a very impressive overall 8,82m (29ft) x 15,56m (51ft). Currently there is a false ceiling giving a height of 4.7m 15ft 5in but it is likely there is further space above indicating that it should, subject to planning and building regulation, be possible to obtain two storeys. The Hall runs across the rear and is 9.35m (30ft 8in) x 4.89m (16ft). At the end of the hall there is a store and Well Fitted Kitchen with double bowl sink, wall and floor units. There are male and female cloakrooms.
Note: there is an oil fired boiler with numerous radiators. However the oil tank has been removed and no information is available about the boiler or heating facility.
Outside there is a pleasant garden area to the left hand side. This measures12m (39ft 4ins) wide average x 23.7m (77ft 9ins) deep.
It should be noted there is no parking on site since there is no right of way over the land in front of the gates.
Mains water electricity and drainage are connected. Currently there is a heating system provided by an oil fired boiler and radiators. The tank has been removed so the system is inoperative. No tests or information about the services is available
